When you use our Find a Painter form or any contact form on the site, we collect: name, email, phone, suburb, service type, project timeline, and any message or project details you provide. We also collect anonymised website analytics via Google Analytics 4.
Your contact details are passed to the three Adelaide painters we match you with so they can provide quotes. Details are also retained by Adelaide Painters (operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing) for quality control, follow-up, and service improvement.
We share your details ONLY with the three painters matched to your job. We do not sell your data. We do not share with third-party advertisers or lead-aggregator platforms. We use Resend to deliver lead notifications (email infrastructure) and Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email chris@loudachris.com.au to make a request.
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4), spam prevention (Google reCAPTCHA), and dismissing the exit-intent popup for 7 days after you close it. You can disable cookies in your browser.
