Adelaide Painters, operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing (ABN pending, 21/22 Greenhill Rd, Wayville SA 5034), is a lead-matching service. We connect homeowners and businesses with independent, licensed Adelaide painters. We do NOT perform painting work, do not employ painters, and are not a party to any contract formed between you and a painter.
Every painter in our network is an independent contractor. When you engage a painter, your contract is directly with that painter. They provide the quote, issue invoices, carry their own public liability insurance, and warrant their own work. Any dispute about work quality, cost, or warranty is between you and the painter.
Prices shown on the Adelaide Painters website (cost guides, ranges, per-square-metre figures) are indicative only based on industry averages. Actual quotes depend on site inspection, scope, materials and timing.
Painters in our network pay a flat subscription fee to participate. We do not charge per-lead fees. We do not receive a commission on any painting work. Painters are assigned to leads based on fit (suburb, service, specialty), not on subscription tier.
Adelaide Painters provides the matching service "as is". We make no warranty regarding the work of individual painters, though we vet every painter on licensing, insurance and references before network entry. Our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the fees paid to us (which for homeowners is zero).
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of SA courts.
